No Ratio Loans

A No Ratio loan requires your employment to be listed in the income section of the 1003 application, but no ratios are calculated or qualified.. One of our favorites. Reserves also not required. No Ratio mortgages are important for borrowers with irregular or non-traditional income streams, such as self-employed individuals or investors. or those with either complex finances, or simply no finances, at all. Unlike conventional loans, they do not require a debt-to-income (DTI) ratio, making these loans ideal for those who may not qualify through standard methods.
